It is the customers’ responsibility to make certain that the layout sent has the correct, inscription, spelling etc. before approval. No netmemorials will posted that is deemed to be inappropriate, We reserve the right to refuse a netmemorial and will give a full refund and reason. Netmemorials will not be held responsible for any mistakes conveyed by you.
Installation of the memorial will commence within 24 hours after payment and memorial form are received and verified.
Editing is via edit page
All text, photographs and music is subject to review.
Payments and photographs sent by post are at sole responsability of the customer.
The quality of photo depends entirely on the clarity and size of the photo provided. Netmemorials take no responsibility for the quality or reproduction. Netmemorials reserve the right to remove any background of a photograph if deemed inappropriate.
Safe return of photographs provided is not guaranteed, but the utmost care will be taken.
Any cancellations must be made within 7 days after that time no refunds will be given.
